The band has been playing since 1991 and has already recorded other four albums.
Although success came only in 1997 with the single hit "In un mare di noia" taken from the cd "XXX", their previous records were already characterized by their typical energy. The album looks interesting: its booklet is characterized by colors and particular graphics, some pictures, lyrics of all songs and a quote by Baudelaire.
The album is comprised of 12 songs (only one is instrumental), almost 48 minutes of music, which is suitable for everybody even if it's quite rock. Negrita's music is a mix of both Italian and northern Europe music. Lyrics are contemporary and ironic at the same time.
Il The album sound incorporates rhythm, guitars, bass, some keyboards and the characteristic mark of the leadvocal Pau. Fabrizio Barbacci produced the album which has been recorded in Tuscany. All songs but three (Cuore di Cemento, Pape Satan and Tk.064 which were recorded in Milan) were mixed in London.
